You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the themes purchased from us on one Shopify store. You may modify the theme to suit your store's needs, but you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the theme in any way.

  • Single-Use License: The theme is licensed for use on a single Shopify store.
  • Extended License: If available, an extended license may allow use of the theme on multiple stores. Additional fees apply.
  • Customization: You are permitted to customize the theme for your store, provided that you do not redistribute or resell the modified theme.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All themes and content available on our website, including the design, code, graphics, and logos, are the property of Novatheme or our licensors. By purchasing and using our themes, you do not gain ownership of the theme or its components. You only receive a limited license to use the theme according to the terms stated herein.

4. Payment and Pricing

  • Pricing: Prices for our themes are listed on our website and are subject to change. Any price changes will apply to future purchases, not existing orders.
  • Payment: Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal). You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when making a purchase.
  • Refunds: As our themes are digital products, we do not offer refunds once a theme has been downloaded or accessed. If there is a technical issue with the theme, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Support and Updates

  • Support: We provide customer support for our themes for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Support covers technical issues related to the installation or functionality of the theme.
  • Updates: You will receive free theme updates for 2 years from the date of purchase. After that, updates may require purchasing an extended support plan.
  • Support Exclusions: Our support does not cover custom modifications or third-party integrations.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our themes.
  • Use our themes for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Modify or create derivative works of the theme for resale or redistribution.
  • Use our themes in a way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license to use our theme if we determine that you have violated any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the theme immediately and remove it from your store.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability Limitation: In no event shall Novatheme be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our themes, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of VN, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in VN.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration or mediation, as determined by Novatheme.
